"Struggling with an embarrassing series of misconduct and behavior problems among senior officers, the Army is putting together new mental health, counseling and career management programs to shape stronger, more ethical leaders.
The programs stem from a broader worry across the military about the need to bolster professionalism within the officer corps while holding accountable those who abuse their power. The Army plan appears to focus more on building character than berating bad conduct."
Why throw more training at it? Just punish these generals who are doing it!!! I'm pretty sure we have regulations and things that address these issues...so why are people trying to reinvent the wheel?

You don't need a new way, you have the UCMJ. If they are failing to meet the standards, boot em, regardless of what is on their collars... It isn't hard, stop trying to make it so!

Treat them like you would a private. Court Martial and dishonorable discharge. You cannot have 2 sets of rules in the military. If you do you might as well disband it.

Stop ignoring their misdeeds when they're misbehaving CPT's, MAJ's, LTC's, etc...
