When crunch time came, and Trump had to either certify that Iran was meeting the deal requirements or not, he signed off on saying they did. So now he starts saying that they aren't in compliance, and he should have ruled them out of compliance earlier "if it was up to him". That's a common cop out of his, Because it IS up to you, Mr Trump, you're the damn POTUS. So if the US signed off that Iran is meeting the requirements, then that means YOU signed off on it.
Just like when his second muslim ban went to court, and Trump told his followers at a rally that they should have gone to the Supreme Court with the original ban, not the watered down version. So who the hell overruled you, Mr President? It's pathetic how he tries to absolve himself for his own actions by claiming that he wanted to do the opposite, but somehow his staff "made" him do something else.
I think that's why he made such a big deal in his speech about his Afghanistan policy that his gut told him to get out, but he was going against his gut. If that plan blows up, I have no doubt he will claim he knew better, but wanted to support his generals, then remind everybody how he knows more than the generals, believe him.

Didn't the United Nations appoints Saudi Arabia and earlier Libya as part of the Human Rights Commission?
