Dating myself but had to look it up. Now called Military Equal Opportunity Office. Anyhow back when the dinosaurs roamed we had a USAFE inspection at our remote site in Turkey and the up tight Social Actions inspector told me that if anyone drank an alcoholic beverage every day they were considered an alcoholic. I kind of gave him a wide eyed look and told him if that was the case we had a detachment full of alcoholics babysitting special weapons. He never bugged me for the rest of the inspection.
