China Is Weaponizing Water

This headline reminds me of the premise of Brig General Jack Ripper in Dr. Strangelove that fluoridation was a great communist conspiracy to adversely impact our precious bodily fluids PO1 Tony Holland :-)
Heavy water has long been involved in weaponizing nuclear weapons.
The annual floods in China kill many so it is important for China to attempt to control water flow. If desalinization were not widespread, and Pink and the Brain were real, there might be legitimate concern to China hording water :-)
Damn the insidious Chinese for having the gall to build dams on the Tibetan plateau.
The nations at greatest threat to a destruction of damns would be China and India which happen to be the two most populated nations with robust military capabilities. India and Bangladesh deal with tremendous floods along with southeast Asia in the Monsoon season

Fascinating. This would explain their appropriation of Tibet. Very farsighted of them if it was. But then, the Chinese have survived countless upheavals by being farsighted, haven't they? We could learn something from them in this regard
