Don't forget freedom of association. Your words also have consequences. He is now free to associate with another employer. As the business is free to hire someone who doesn't make threats.

Good. A vehicle is a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon is a serious crime. Threatening online to commit a serious crime should have repercussions.

The man admitted the crime. Multi po Le times in fact very little investigation is necessary for a self confessed terrorist. Of course there should be a trial then since he has admitted the crim a couplen ok f decades in jail would be about right. Whether that shou m d be served before or after the federal terror is sentence is served is another matter.
