Amazing. The right celebrates people who point weapons at LEOs doing their jobs by enforcing court orders. But they get bent out of shape by liberal protesters if they block traffic, and pass laws saying its not a crime to hit a protester in the street. And of course, can you even imagine the speech they would give about law and order if a group of armed black men threatened to shoot LEOs for enforcing the law? SMDH.

SSG(P) (Join to see) The justice system performed its function. The prosecutor did not present a case which convinced the jury beyond a reasonable doubt that they were guilty of the crimes they were accused of. I was not in the court room, but I am glad that it was not the media coverage that acquitted or convicted them. It will be interesting to see if they are re-tried on the charges that the jury could not agree upon. This is a tragic case all the way around. I feel for the Law Enforcement Officers who were sent in to a shitshow to enforce a court order. I understand the frustration of the ranchers who were having their cattle seized. It could have been handled better by all parties involved.

This situation was a gross, tyrannical overreach of the federal government and this is exactly why the 2nd Amendment exists.

Please elaborate. Which particular actions of the federal government were tyrannical?

The over reach of BLM in trying to force ppl of the land, they have ranched for Decades So Harry REID could let his son sell it. For putting up cattle pens and telling PPL here's you free speech zone, For acting like the power hungry bureaucrats they were, For putting up trump up charges of arson because the Bundys started a back fire to save their cattle and property! It looked more like a 3rd. world Country then it looked like America. I 'm glad TRUMP has taken some of the wind out of the sails of the EPA, BLM and the socialist movement here in America.

SPC Les Darbison - Well, first off, the Bundys were not charged with or convicted of arson, that was the Hammonds. That is what eventually led to the Malheur occupation.
Nothing you have said here is an example of tyrannical overreach and the Harry Reid thing is just false.
The free speech zones thing is tricky because I can see either side of that argument.
