This is precisely the kind of situation that requires a "surgical" response. We don't need to nuke anyone. Such threats are empty. Just take out the fat boy and it will take the North Korean government a while to sort out which one of them will take his place. When that one begins to make threats, wash and rinse again. BTW, if the UN or World Court has a problem with this solution, cut off their funding and say "Adios"

We have not tried bankng sactions on China, or Russia very hard to get them to shut the dictator down.
