I live in a nice & good neighbor with blue ribbons (LEO/PO support) on many of the trees. We find needles & baggies ALL too often, sometime used condoms as well. SMH! Sadly this drug epidemic knows NO boundaries! They buy, sell & use out in the open...'hiding in plain site'!!!
