CPT Jack Durish The guy is deluded if he thinks accidents will be a thing of the past. The only way vehicle accidents will go away is if vehicles go away. That would not be good for BMWs bottom line. Balancing the bike while riding is not the issue. It is other vehicles on the road.

SCPO Robert Goggin - I am glad that you came out alright.
Thankfully the guy didn't hit me, but it was close. I was riding on I-95 6PM, Rush Hour, not cloudy, but not bright. Guy next to me flips on turn signal (thankfully he had one on his mirror so it was in my sight line) and starts merging. He never even looked to see if there was something in his blind spot. I honked, he moved back into his original lane, looked right at me, and started merging again. I honked again and revved my engine. This time he moved back over, turned off the blinker, and stayed in his original lane. Had I been in a car, he would have hit me. As it was it left me hugging the wheel of a semi to avoid having hit me, which is bad in its own right.

No that bike won't help. People just fall over occasnally, when you get older it gets worse. I have a full knee transplant also. I don't want to quit riding yet, do I bought a Harley Free Wheeler Trike. I love it. I still have my knees in the breeze.
