For those of you who missed it, Congress has delayed the start of its traditional "August Recess" until the third week in August.
Correction: It is the Senate that has delayed their recess and not the House. It also seems to be an effort to prevent the President from making any recess appointments.

Not quite true - the Senate is delaying their recess. The House booked out last Friday.
