What's sad is, he's the highest ranking person to be tried by court martial amidst a scandal. Ummm, I have a hard time believing that with so much nonsense that has been publicized in the past decade amongst FGOs and Flag Officers. Maybe this barrier can be broken and try the list of others who've not followed the law.
