MAJ Brad Friedlander Double edged sword. On the one hand it could be good for the tech world as it could provide for faster deployment of new technologies across platforms. On the other hand it could lead to higher prices, and less innovation as companies are forced to deal with more litigation over technology advances which would put other development jumping off those advances on hold during the process. It will be interesting to see what the Supreme Court says about it in October.
