Never mind the acting Commander in Chief at the time of the alleged meddling did nothing in response for 9 months, but lets focus on Tweets? Yes, Yes, we know. Mr. Obama was once again deeply torn between conducting a massive counterstrike against the Russian infrastructure and in doing nothing.
