I'm with the Supremes on this one. I'm even a little impressed that it was a unanimous decision,even though the justices took different logical paths to reach that common conclusion.

Thank you my friend 1LT William Clardy for responding for sharing your thoughts. I was also very glad it was a unanimous decision. In general it seems the SCOTUS justices often use different reasoning to arrive at their conclusion.
