Here we have a situation where the country of origin cannot seem to vet their most elite candidates for the most elite positions in the their military. So can anyone explain how a Judge sitting in San Francisco or Honolulu can determine that refugees who we know nothing about are safe to enter the United States and pose no threat to national security?
