It's good to know they have a dedicated effort on NK. Some say Kim is bluffing or just wants attention, but based on things he's said and done in the past we need to keep a close watch on him. They may have some challenges financially and technologically but they still pose a threat to the South and the Region. If for no other reason than their proximity to the South and considerable military assets, because he is unpredictable. Unpredictable is never good to form any strategy around. They are also persistent, as demonstrated by their infiltration efforts via tunnel, mini-subs and similar for the last 20 odd years and even more. He also holds absolute power, which makes an internal coup or similar extremely difficult. There's always their Big Brother China to consider as well. Thanks for sharing.

If they opened up some office SPCA space On the left coast (Los Angeles and/or San Diego), I would be all over this.

I suspect the CIA has been watching North Korea for many years. When I was assigned to 3rd Brigade 2nd Infantry Division there were several guys who would come into our clinic, never signed in, always hand carried their records and only would speak to our docs. Everyone had to sign in, except these few guys....
