The section for lottery winners is hilarious.
Can't believe they are going to penalize an individual or family that has a break in coverage that may be voluntary or involuntary...WTH!
High risk pools are coming back and states will have to match funding by 50% come 2026. That's interesting *eye roll*.
There's a civil penalty for improperly filing Medicaid claims; is that against the patient or the medical office that is submitting the claims? I don't want to assume anything.
I'm shocked that they put an exception for abortion to save the life of the mother and for an act of rape or incest.
HSAs, MSAs, FSAs - haven't met anyone that had one and liked it. So I'm open to anyone that has something good to say about them.
