TSgt Joe C. One of My Favorite Artists. I think I had all of his Albums at one time.

What a performer!
I saw him LIVE at “The Sun Dome” in St. Petersburg, FL, back in the late 80’s, and he was, and still is a “Class Act”.... At that concert, Phil played many tracks off this Album, & others for over two hours...
Sadly... today, because of back problems, he can no longer play his drums while on tour.
Phil... your a true Artist ...
