I'm the kind of person that needs a push every now and then to do something. It was a lot easier back when I did platoon or company PT. Now that I'm on my own I have to push myself.
I am currently experimenting with different cellphone fitness apps. It's kind like a virtual coach / motivator, plus it records everything and you can visually see your progress. I also download/convert motivation videos from youtube (like RangerJesse Motivation channel) and listen to them while working out. There is also running cadences you can download from Amazon Prime Music for free. I know sooner or later you'll get over this slump, you'll just have to find new ways to challenge and motivate yourself. Thank you for continuing to serve in our military... and 5 more years to go!
