RP Members and Connections Victory for Veterans/Veterans March on America (VFV/VMOA) has teamed up with RallyPoint in getting this great movement on May 29, 2017 to place a flower on each one of our fallen service member’s graves across the country become an awesome reality.

We Need your Help!

This grass roots effort is taking off in big ways and it needs your support on the ground at National Cemeteries throughout the country.

Memorial Day has become a holiday celebrated with barbecues, drinks and special discounts, but the actual meaning of the day is often forgotten. This day, brought to fruition in the 1800s and originally called Decoration Day, is meant to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting and fighting for our country. With that in mind, RallyPoint, the largest military network in the U.S., created the #FlowerOnEveryGrave movement to bring back the true meaning of Memorial Day. They are on a mission to place a #FlowerOnEveryGrave across the country.

VFV/VMOA is working with RallyPoint to help make this movement a reality. We’re on a mission to honor the 300,000 buried at Arlington, as well as thousands buried at national cemeteries across the United States. This year, let’s take the time to remember those who put their lives on the line so the rest of us could enjoy our freedoms as Americans.

Let’s fill those cemeteries and get a #FlowerOnEveryGrave!

I'll be posting an update today on Fort Logan National Cemetery where I'll be heading up a team of Veterans to place flowers at the National Military Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. Fort Logan was named after Union General John A. Logan, commander of US Volunteer forces during the American Civil War.
