Delta Tucker Holdings, parent company of DynCorp International, reported a loss of $54.1 million in 2016. CEO Lou Von Thaer said during a call with analysts this week that the company has focused on restructuring to de-layer the organization and cut costs. He is optimistic about a potential defense spending increase and said he doesn't expect planned reductions at the State Department to significantly affect DynCorp.
