The diabetic dictator Kim fatty the third is crying for attention again. 10 years ago we laughed at him now we don't know what to do since no matter what China backs them up. China is too wimpy to cut off Fuel and food to North Korea that would definitely make them stop producing these missiles and Warheads but North Korea is now an embarrassment.
