This is what we need. We need to revive the role of the "court jester". How about mimes on every street corner of the District of Calamity reporting the comings and goings of our elected officials. Jugglers and fire eaters in the Capitol Rotunda. Stand up comics at White House press conferences. That would put it all in proper perspective, don't you think?

If the US can have an official Poet (poet laureate), we should be able to have an official Court Jester. I think President Trump should appoint Milo Yiannopoulos for the job. Some truths can only be said by a Court Jester and as Doctor Peterson says in this clip "the truth is what redeems the world from Hell."
