kids can be trying, but maybe this guy should consider another career field if he lets a 13 year old push his buttons to the point he has to resort to drawing a weapon.

Capt Gregory Prickett - The video didn't play on my work computer, I was able to see it at home last night but with no sound. I'd like to see the video of the entire video and the other videos captured.
Reviewing the video I have to revise my earlier position. This seems to be escalating into a mob and it appears that the warning shot into a safe receptacle was needed to deescalate the situation.

The kids probably weren't 100% in the right either but this is why police should be practicing de-escalation instead of escalating the incident. There are a lot of directions this could have gone and many of them wouldn't have ended in a weapon discharge.
