My guess is that the Bureau of Indian Affairs will not let it go up. The read states that the Kituwah Cherokees were not from the Georgia area but Tennessee and then Arkansas. The article mentions the "Goodfella" alleged involvement. Eep! I'm an advocate of our indigeneous people but nadda-so-much with the casino situation.
