The Roaring Twenties was not a good era for Native Canadians. By law, all Native Children were taken out of their homes and forced to be in residential schools where they were often beaten, abused and always forced to learn English and Christianity in the attempt to destroy their culture. Alcoholism, family abuse and suicide are legacies of that today. Another Injustice was the 1752 peace treaty was thrown out and they convicted a grand chief of hunting. He was not pardoned until February, 2017!

That is interesting LTC (Join to see) that the Mi’kmaq grand chief has been vindicated 89 years after conviction for hunting ‘illegally’ - that is a long time to wait for a pardon.

My Mother in law is a pot smoking social worker that likes blue falconing my Wife by making up a file to prevent my Wife from being a foster care Mom to two nieces since she is jealous that the Grandma(her) can't be a foster Mom.
It is a bad situation with broken homes, drugs, gangs and this video gives you the idea. When they say 'Daddy, Daddy, Daddy! this is because the Dads are dead, whoring around with somewhere else or in jail. It is a lost Generation. Sober people like my wife who don't give free rides or money to drunks on Welfare are put down. They make up stuff like she married me because I am a ' sugar daddy'. The fetal alcohol syndrome, drug addictions and depression make people think like this. Those who are lucky move to the city and try to get jobs but there is a lot of discriminiation in Canada.
What's really really Rez! Women who fight over dumb men. Hickeys, No Fathers, poverty, welfare, use a sheet for a curtain. Rap music more important than traditional music.
