Ok I hate to be the one to cast a shadow- here is the thing about the VA. It's a waiting game- they hope they can outlast the veteran. Just because they say it happened doesn't mean that they won't make you jump through hoops of fire to get that money. Also, they are looking into El Toro as well- js

GySgt Melissa Gravila, It really depends on the VA and how much proof they need to reach a decision on a disability. Mine took six months to receive 100%.
I've never received a compensation so I don't know how long that will take. Of course we all hope it will be fast and accurate. Thanks for the response.
