Unfortunately, when you buy a really bad rug, you can't roll it up and put in in the dumpster where it belongs, until nobody is standing on it.

As they should. Despite it's flaws it can't just be thrown out. Its a crappy system overall, but they'd be snatching the rug out from under people who actually have finally gotten care they might not ever have. Fix whats bad, keep whats good.

Obamacare never made sense to me from day 1 and here's why- an American citizen is barely scraping by, barely making ends meet, and big bad government is gonna say " pay these outrageous premiums that you can't afford for the AFFORDABLE care act, or we will penalize you by further taxing you and dipping into your tax return which you really need Cuz you are just barely scraping by" BUT if the person wasn't a citizen, but an illegal alien, who pays 0 taxes, then that person gets free Healthcare? Yeah, that's affordable- more like laughable- the system is broken, we all agree. Congress just stop playing the blame game and come up with some feasible solutions! Maybe if they tackle Obamacare by putting up various safety nets for people in different situations, and start to dismantle/improve it that way. But not all at once

Cpl Craig Marton - absolutely agree on that point- what's good for the goose should be good for the gander. Again do as I say not as I do mentality- I can't stand that B.S.
