That's one of many negative impacts a liberal policy brings about. Not surprised at all unfortunately... it may be the capital, but not the only place this is taking place.

The proper question should be "Does Sweden have one of the highest number of rapes in the world PER CAPITA?" In other words, the number of rapes per head of population, as comparing absolute numbers of rapes between countries with vastly different sized populations would be meaningless. (One of the replies below tries to make this argument.)
