Although the picture can be painted very easily for anyone who reads the article, there are very few that most likely know if the truth is different than what is publicized here. If this is the story and all pertinent details published, I do not believe a pardon is in order. We are the United States Military not a vigilante group of civilians.

If nothing else, given the amount of additional evidence available, another trial should be granted.
