This is bullshit. These are half-hearted attempts by media outlets and sore losers pouting that Hillary didn't win. While I don't put it past the former Soviet Union to engage in such deviousness, I strongly doubt they had much if anything to do with the way the election turned out. HRC managed to lose it by her lonesome, or at least with the help of some overly-enthusiastic pollsters. Rags like the New York Times and the Washington Post who unabashedly towed the line for the DNC, and still do, are the same entities floating this load of shit.

We have been hacked in nearly government agency and our intel groups and politicians have merely bitched about it and have not found the perpetrator/s in a single instance. Now those same incompetents have decided they are sure it was the Russians with no solid evidence. At least the FBI isn't jumping into the deep end of the speculation pool. These political clowns are damaging international relations just to attempt to diminish Trump's incoming administration. Low lifes at their bedt.

According to Reuters, the so-called overseers of the U.S. intelligence community as it supervises the 17 agency-strong U.S. intelligence community, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), while not disputing the CIA’s analysis of Russian hacking operations – something which would be unprecedented for the US spy industry and would telegraph just how partisan and broken the country’s intelligence apparatus has become – has refused to endorse the CIA’s assessment “because of a lack of conclusive evidence” that Moscow intended to boost Trump over Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.
