I've been watching Standing Rock unfold and tribes gather, some my personal friends who have provided pictures and video that they've gathered. It is more than a pipeline and land, it is fight for human rights, the ecosystem, and a culture. Native Americans have been key to military. Do we stand with them or do we stand down?

Fascinating to see the use of drones to document police activities against seemingly otherwise peaceful demonstrators. This footage should go a long way in building public support for protest group actions and to publicize their concern for the environment.

In case you are wondering, those are my own black shoes in the photo. The beaded footwear belongs to a friend. These specific photos were taken by another personal friend.
