1 they waited for 12-13 years ...
2 the Charges were filed in Nov 2013
3 at the same time ISIS and other Extreme Radical Islamic Terrorist Groups from Africa thru the Middle East to Indonesia and PI, has Murdered or executed how many Hundreds if Not Thousands of folks and No one has said a Word...
4 all this is coming to issue now that we have a Political Change IN DC...

If you read the article, they will not be going after individuals. I can only assume the ICC will try and "FIFA yellow card" the US to shoot a round across the bow of the new administration. This will be self defeating.
Contrary to popular world belief we generally treat prisoners IAW the rules and we punish our people that don't follow rules. What they are spazzing about is the alleged CIA programs.

I am still waiting for the US to because of invading Iraq under false reasons, that is a reality that I am sure is in the works, more so with the passage of the 911 Law.
