Is the argument over a lemon law or a chance out buying a vehicle that has defects.
I bought a Toyota, my warranty is only good in continental US, Canada and it's territories.
As far as the Georgia lemon law, it's law falls within the confines of that state. If they stayed in Georgia, that law would apply. They took the vehicle out of the state. That law does not follow the vehicle.
There is a list of items that the warranty does not cover.i.e. brakes
The dealer cannot be held responsible for the way individuals drive.
Did the buyer maintain the maintenance on said vehicle. If not the buyer voided it's own warranty.
One question, was the vehicle an actual 2013?
