This is an interesting and hypocritical dichotomy...it is absolutely unclear where the logic is derived!

It's always a political spin. You get bent when HRC deletes the emails, but you can't get to them, so you hack into her staffs emails to get "anything that sticks"? But when you find your Divisions entire layout, troop strength, to include SMU's, now we have a problem? His sticking with Trump will be his undoing in office. He won't be able to rebound when the rest of the crew saw the tide going out and left, and he stayed.

As this seems to be a matter of opinion, I believe that you can express both joy and spite for someone's actions. I believe that a lot of people are more so happy that with the emails coming out, as it is reassuring what the vast majority's thought was and what the FBI had failed to prove. Which is now coming out with more proof of wrong-doing and an unreliable investigation. Personally, I believe that prior to being elected/inaugurated, Hillary Clinton should have to complete the current investigation and it should be investigated at a much higher depth by new subjects.

IF MANNING had gave the information up to WikiLeaks, then HE should be held accountable. Wikileaks is just a reporting source of information, whether it is found legally or not is not up to our own judgement. IF HILLARY is sending classified information over a non-secure network, and an adversary(WikiLeaks in this case) happens to hack her and her advisors emails, then it just goes to show two things. One: That the power of our adversaries is stronger than her competence, due to the fact that she has classified information out there, because SHE was sending on a non-secure terminal. Two: That Hillary is just as corrupt as people had thought. How can the FBI run an investigation on her and say they don't recommend charges be pressed, when it isn't their jurisdiction to recommend or to not recommend. They are just there to present the facts for the DOJ, who then recommends the charges. Now they are coming out and saying a top advisor of Hillary had requested the emails be declassified? This case has been named the strangest case to come up from the FBI, and they will get justice served. Her clearance needs to be revoked and she needs to pay the price for her mistakes, just like the others would.

SGT(P) (Join to see) - There's no "IF" Manning did it, he DID do it and has 35 years to think about it.

SSG Warren Swan - It's is not a question of him doing it, more than it is a logic statement, we know what he did. If Manning did something against the law and gave up classified information, he is no different than Hillary in the sense that they both took classified information out of a secure area, causing it to get into the hands of persons not cleared. Manning purposely leaked the information he had, while Hillary put hers on a file attached to an email that was hacked from one of her advisors. That is why there are so many people pissed about this trial. There should be 35 years for Hillary then too with your logic used.

SGT(P) (Join to see) - And she should. So should Patreus. So should those who gave the name of the undercover CIA agent a few years ago. Hell all of congress should join him. Things is like it or not, there is this magical thing called RHIP. Now they are civilians, but the thought applies the same. Manning didn't try to do right, going through his CoC, he thought it was "cute" to tell a hacking and "outside" community about things that he had no real access to. It was that "outside community" that dimed him out.
