Trump is a horrible candidate to be our President. Sadly, he's one of two horrible candidates that We the People chose. Even sadder is the fact that he is the lesser of two horrible choices which tells you just how bad I think the alternative is

The thing is, there were alternatives, but no one could get the majority of those votes to be with them.
For example:
Trump: when you pit 18 people against each other, battle scars begin to show any only the biggest mouth prevailed. Trump they claim is not a republican, but the base was and is so divided they could not present a united front to stop him. Thereby you get what pay for!
Hillary: had a small group to overcome, a lot of unknowns, one who in the end just could not finish (of course the Dem leadership went after him he is an Independent!)
Hillarys base see the constant attacks on her as a vindictive pouting congress and republican losers who think this is the only way to win the WH. Calling them names does change this fact it is:
Trump v Clinton in 2016 and to the victor the spoiling of America...

MSgt Michael Bischoff - Actually, if may well be argued that Hillary only won through political shenanigans led by the leader of the DNC. Fought fairly, Sanders wins. Trump beat a very large field of professional politicians. Indeed, he succeeded despite the best efforts of the party establishment to trip him up. Thus, the blame is in us, We the People. We chose these two, by hook or by crook, and we get what we deserve.
