I am working on catching up to my RallyPoint messages Maj Marty HoganThanks for sharing a picture of what looks like a race for the land grabs out west. The first one who got to an area could claim it for a meager fee. The requirement was to occupy the land and use it for livestock or planting grain or both if I remember correctly. :-)
