Ok, I do think that all presidential candidates SHOULD get these briefing so they can have a inkling of what they are talking about BUT what I'm concerned with is when Trump gets into his "ramblin' man speakin' mode," will he screw up and divulge national secrets?

Well, if he does we will have two that can't protect classified information.

But will he be held to the same standard that everyone expected HRC to be held to?

I can only speak for myself. I think anyone who compromises classified material should pay the consequences. Sadly as of now that has not been the case with at least one.
