HRC laughed at the sadistic way Khadaffi was killed (Emails). Khadaffi had become a model leader. He shelved his weapons programs and was on the straight and narrow. BHO/HRC had a plan to remove the secular Muslim governments and replace them with hardline Muslim regimes. Thousands died. They did it very well until Egypt said No.
