I had to take a law class in Graduate School for my M.A. major, and it is not well know , however there was ONE MUTINY in the 1970's aboard the U.S.S. Constellation. Upon leaving port all the black sailors tried to take over the ship, it was stopped immediately by the Marine Detachment, they were confined in the chow hall, the Captain made a political decision to return to port where it became the Admiral responsibility. To make it short, the black sailors said that they were not given the opportunity for good rates, was their main concern. Over 700 sailors involved, I believe they only prosecuted three court martial, only 70 Captain Mast, 150 X.O. Inquiry, the rest dismissed.

I follow, I'd seen mention of it Iin the other related stuff I'd sent in, I'd seen something about the constellation, though I hadn't looked much at it, many thanks.
