Only someone completely awash in ideological cluelessness could state the HRC did not lie. She lied to the public on multiple occasions and Comey said as much. He directly contradicted her public statements and said they were not accurate. He was being polite by not calling her a "liar". In addition to her mistruths, she was deemed to be "extremely careless" with classified information. What do you think would have happened to any of us has we been that careless with classified information or equipment?

If you made public statements such as the ones below that were then contradicted by the head of the FBI don't you think people would doubt your veracity?
____________________________________________________________________________

CLINTON: “I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material. So I’m certainly well-aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.” (Hillary Clinton, press conference, 3/10/15)

COMEY: “110 emails in 52 email chains have been determined by the owning [government] agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. … Separate from those, about 2,000 additional emails were up-classified to make them confidential. Those emails had not been classified at the time that they were sent or received… [Some] chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending emails about [top-secret-level] matters and receiving emails from others about the same matters.”

****

CLINTON: “I take classified information seriously.” (Hillary Clinton, CNN interview, 2/1/2016)

COMEY: “Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of the classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

****

CLINTON: “Nothing I sent was marked classified or that I received was marked classified.” (Hillary Clinton, Democratic Presidential Town Hall on Fox News, 3/7/2016)

COMEY: “It’s also important to say something about the marking of classified information. Only a very small number of the emails here containing classified information bore markings that indicated the presence of classified information. But even if information is not marked classified in an email, participants who know, or should know, that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.”

****

CLINTON: “I have directed that all my emails on Clintonemail.com in my custody that were or potentially were federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done” (Hillary Clinton, sworn statement filed in U.S. District Court, 08/10/15)
COMEY: “The FBI also discovered several thousand work-related emails that were not among the group of 30,000 emails returned by Secretary Clinton to State in 2014.”

****

CLINTON: Asked if she “wiped” the server, “What, like with a cloth or something? Well, no. I don’t know how it works digitally at all.” (Hillary Clinton, press conference, 8/18/2015)

COMEY: Clinton’s lawyers “cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery.”

****

CLINTON: “The Secretary’s office was located in a secure area. Classified information was viewed in hard copy by Clinton while in the office. While on travel, the State Department had rigorous protocols for her and traveling staff to receive and transmit information of all types,” (HillaryClinton.com, “The Facts About Hillary Clinton’s Emails”)

COMEY: “She also used her personal email extensively while outside of the United States, including sending and receiving work-related emails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal email account.” MORE: FBI Won’t Recommend Charges Against Clinton Over Private Email Use Hillary Clinton to Teachers Union: You’ll Have a ‘Partner’ in the White House Paul Ryan Criticizes Trump Campaign’s Social-Media Use Washington Lobbyists’ Trump Card: Skipping GOP Convention

Now watch the Clinton Defenders try to discredit James Comey again. This is getting to be one big CF as others have been saying lately

Sgt Tom Cunnally - the only discrediting Comey is the REP party. They are the ones who doubt his integrity, why else did they order him to appear before their publicity stunt.

She's been lying since before he husband was elected POTUS. And has been in denial since her husband started philandering around. If you like labels you could say she has a "forked tongue"

Here's the same Foxnews.com Poll dated 08/17/2015 almost a year ago

Fox News poll conducted last week shows only 2 percent of Americans believe Hillary Clinton told the truth about whether emails on her private server contained classified information.
The survey of 1,008 registered voters, conducted between August 11 and 13, showed 58 percent of respondents believe Clinton knowingly lied about her emails, while another 33 percent said they believe there is another explanation. Another 7 percent said they didn’t know if Clinton had lied.

CPT L S - If you were married to Hillary wouldn't you cheat?? I'll have to start a poll for that question
But something tells me 99.9 % of the men polled would not only cheat on Hillary but do it to exist.

All this talk about the injustice, the lack of transparency, the double standard, etc. It's funny that so many people are in an uproar about it. I include myself. Yet, with the latest polls so upset about the FBI and the DOJ, what is changing? She's still a contender in the presidential race. The article is right, people are tuning out the issue of the emails because they are so tired of hearing about it and not getting resolution that many believe she deserves. Chances are, she will be candidate that the American people will have a choice to vote for come November.

I try to stay away from politics and religion on social forums such as this, especially since I have identified myself as being a current military service member. I will state for the record that my intention in this post is not to bad mouth her or spread rumors or conjecture. Personally I am pissed because I know if I did what she allegedly did, I would be facing jail time in a major way, as other people have in the past, or even currently. I could face UCMJ just for leaving sensitive documents on my desk, even if I lock the door and I have the only key. I could face HIPPA violations, fines, and jail time, if I unintentionally leave PII on a circulated document.
