Several years ago a radio station in Clarksville, TN had a hotties contest online. Girls would send in photos of themselves in lingerie, pic gets on the net, people vote. One young lady posted a very nice photo of herself and stated how much she missed her sweetheart deployed to Iraq. You could post comments so I asked who took the photo. For some reason, my comment was removed.

Um......ok.
"We're young but we love each other"....that's how it started with my buddy who got married to his "high school sweetheart". They were both 18 and found out she isn't all about the being away for long period of time. So, she messed around on him several times and tried to do again after he got out of the AF. Suposebly he regrets ever marrying her since they were both too young and honestly she didn't date anyone other than him (they went to middle school together and "dated" at 12) When he moved, they ended it. But when they were both 17, they decided to get back together again and with his dreams of being in the AF, she went along with it, married him, then realized that it wasn't her cup of tea.
Same thing with my nephew. Married his high school sweetheart found out she was bat-shit crazy and now wants to divorce her, presented papers; now she refuses to sign them.
Glad I waited a bit before I got married.

My little brother always says part of the problem with couples marrying right after high school is the man hasn't accomplished anything in life for her to respect him for (assuming she hasn't been taught respect, which hardly anyone is now days ). The wife always sees him as 5 he high school boy she married.
Of course the girl he has in mind when he says she that was a bitch to begin with
