PO1 Roger Waddle - There is no such thing as "government exempt status". Have you even read the US Code about the use and storage of classified data? The verbiage used in the UCMJ is pretty well directly taken from US Code which applies to ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS / EMPLOYEES!

PO1 Roger Waddle - Your statement "comppletley diff laws UCMJ vs govt exempt status" implies that "govt exempt status" is a concept actually codified into the laws I referenced. It is not. That is not to say that the concept itself is non-existent, it simply means it's not legally justified. There is clearly an unwritten rule of exemption being granted in the Clinton case (not sure why you reference Obama on this one because, though I am not a supporter of him by any means, to my knowledge no one has presented any evidence of laws he has broken). I'm not sure what more I can explain that I didn't already cover in my first response to you.
