She will be the tank commander and platoon Sergeant who has zero experience at maneuvering tanks around the battlefield. in my enlisted days as a Sheridan tank crew member, the Platoon Sergeant was the most knowledgeable, most experienced person around, who everyone looked to for guidance and the one guy who kept the platoon leader from screwing thing up too bad. How do you fill that role when your only experience is what every E-1 private gets taught?

As Sfc tank commander you know and can do every job on that tank just as lowest private can do the same if shit hits the fan sir and some gets killed you and your crew can over come adversity.
