TSgt Joe C. - I'm not sure either except maybe he just fell threw the crack?? The FBI had him on their watch list but then just dropped him, I think???

Yes, I remember reading that too...just can't remember the reason they let him get dropped off the list.

TSgt Joe C. - I think the FBI closed their investigation for Mateen but they never alerted the local law enforcement. So the question is how well does the FBI coordinate their terrorist intelligence with other law enforcement agencies. This was a major issue after the Marathon Bombing in April 2013 here in Boston MA. Senator Grassley was supposed to play a key role in making sure there were clear rules for this. I think a lot of Politicians are all talk and no action every time we have a tragedy like the one in Orlando.

Not too worry Hillary has this on her to do list when she becomes our President and succeeds the current occupant in the White House who has other priories, i.e Badmouthing Trump and blaming Republicans for not passing any legislation for gun control
