Coding While Black: Hacking The Future Of The Tech Industry

The current political climate is accelerating the need for a diverse STEM work force. If the country cannot produce them, they will
import them. Case and point many tech companies are pulling Comp Sci PHD's from
Nigeria, causing a educational "brain drain" there. We (USA) need to produce more STEM focused work force.

STEM is so badly needed, especially in schools in disadvantaged communities. We need to get people real skills and self confidence... THis is great.
