I hope it is significant but I doubt it based on their oil revenue stream and stolen artifacts business ventures.

COL Ted Mc - I that all of the $800 million came from the USA unless their were counterfeit bills. I would expect most of the cash came from black market operations such as selling artifacts to people in Russia, Europe, Asia and maybe even this country. Some of the money well have been from our aid to Iraq over time to more likely our aid to the rebels in Syria who may or may not have been on our side.
