American Legion China Post 1 - Soldiers of Fortune Worldwide

The link has info on the death of Alfred G. Platt, Capt, USAF, Ret 1941-2016. China Post 1 was something unique in that it was an American Legion Post for expats, worldwide. Many in US Army OPS Group/FIA were members. Fred was the Commander for many years. He was only able to get shot down 4 times in USAF planes before he went to Air American to bend airplanes.
There is a lot of unique history in that post. The last Post Home was in Shanghai, and we are still waiting to get into it. (The Communist Gov has changed it into a Court House.) Some links about his history are on the linked webpage. Are there any CP1 members on RP?
