Millennials Are Willing To Let Others Fight For Them

From the article: "Nearly half of millennials polled in a recent Harvard survey said they support the use of ground troops against the Islamic State after the Paris attacks, but 85% of those same people said they would not join the military, reported The Washington Post."

What are your thoughts on this, the brief blurp makes a point of calling millenials out, but dont fall into thinking it is just the current young generation acting this way. It has been so for longer than millenials have been alive. Personally, I think this is about as it should be. We have a huge, well armed, and well trained millitary that we cant even properly pay for as it is. To say that its abismal that such a low percentage want to enlist and that our nation is threatened with weakness or some other such boogie man because of it ignores the fact that we have been going steong with the oft quoted "less than 1%" bit. Just my two cents, but I dont see statistics like this as bad necessarily . . . Just interesting.
