This is a very interesting question especially for someone like me who is already retired. To be honest, I never planned on retiring. I didn't think I was going to live this long. (In fact, while married to my first wife, I didn't want to live this long.) Then I discovered that I was going to live happily with my second wife and wanted to live longer, I didn't want to retire. I figured it would be a bore. Then the economy forced me into retirement and I had to face up to it. What was I going to do? Funny question. I discovered that I was going to be busier in retirement than before. And I love it. Being a grandparent. Having the time to tell my stories. Working on behalf of veterans who are being screwed out of their promises by the government. So here's my warning for those of you who are not retired. Rest up. You're going to need all the energy you can muster. Unless, of course, you simply plan on waiting to die.

Yep. I used to wonder what people were talking about when they said they didn't have time for **** when they retired.
Now I know what they were saying is true.

My bucket list is pretty basic. Be healthy enough to enjoy life until the day I die.
